This book is easy to use. The first part gives many methods of the anceint Chinese Oracle, including how to ask questions, ways of finding the appropriate hexagram and methods of interpretation.

Part Two gives the sixty-four hexagrams with a specific reading different for a woman than for a man, from interpretations of the reversed hexagrams associated with the subtle energy channels up the back and down the front of the body. The book is illustrated with vivid black and white drawings of the Tiger and Dragon and elemental energies in relation to human states of being. Each hexagram hasan Image, Judgement, Moon cycle, Readings for a Man and Woman and specific lines of the hexagram.

Part Three consists of the author's Commentaries on how the "Golden Hexagrams" are derived, and how the system relates to moon cycles, binary codes and the circulation of ch'i (subtle energy) in men and women. In the Appendix is a lengthy article on the "Mapping of Leptons and Quarks on the I Ching."
