Consciousness includes personal growth, self awareness and healing. Becoming self-aware is the most important human activity for it is the source and beginning of personal growth, consciousness and healing. Without self-awareness one cannot fulfil their potential. Soul purpose and self-awareness are two aspects of one process. If you know your soul purpose you are self-aware and can unfold your life in a fulfilling way. Without self-awareness you may become hurt, frustrated and angry because, at the heart of consciousness is knowing the roots of desire. The real root of desire is love—unconditional love—but there is a difference between love and desire. Love experiences oneness; desire experiences polarity. You desire something or someone outside of yourself. This kind of desire leads to hurt, frustration and anger because of the polarity. To heal oneself of frustrations is to dissolve expectations and judgements—either of oneself or others. Self awareness is a compassionate witnessing of ourselves and others becoming conscious of the roots of love and fruits of desire. Cease expecting and judging and simply love and witness. Then self-awareness becomes happiness!

Sacred Science and Sacred Art reveal the extensions of Consciousness to understanding the "Language of Nature and Spirit." Sacred Science takes consciousness more toward nature and Sacred Art takes consciousness more toward spirit. Sacred Science delves into the patterns of phenomena that issue from Prime Source; whereas Sacred Art is a pathway directly to Prime Source from the patterns of phenomena.
HISTORY
Sacred Science has been with the human race since the dawning of culture. JW Goethe’s science still holds the roots of sacred science; whereas most analytic, empirical science based on statistical data, does not. The Hermetic wisdom is a forerunner of Sacred Science. Thoth/Hermes brought sacred science to humanity through various channels. Though practise of this sacred science may at times have been corrupt; nevertheless, Kabbala, Astrology, Numerology, Alchemy, Cosmology are all aspects of Sacred Science.
In our own times, the work of Schwaller de Lubiz and the Islamic Sacred Science of Nasr are good avenues to follow
The ancient Egyptians, Mayans, Chinese, Greeks, Druids and others all used their consciousness in sacred science and sacred art to establish the foundation and processes of their civilizations. Their architecture, rituals, cosmology, government and art are all examples of Creative harmonics in a broad sense.
In our own day, we need a consciousness that is an acute observation of phenomena and simultaneously is aware of archetypal patterns and cycles. Consciousness necessarily includes cosmology that is aware of both the subjective and objective aspects of reality.
A sacred science without consciousness cannot be sacred. The observer is part of the experiment. Control groups are valuable, but so are researches who have direct cognitive insight into phenomena. Sacred science also implies that mind precedes or is a priori more source than brain.
Sacred Geometry and Harmonics are the abstract expressions of a cosmology or consciousness, using form, tone and number. Creation myths reveal a cosmology. Every culture that has existed with integrity for any period of time is based on a consciousness of a cosmology. Creation myths are not fantasy, but are accounts of the levels of creation from source, through agents and processes, to the effects in the phenomenal world. Cosmologies reveal how phenomena come about from the invisible to the visible.
